We want you to love your www.zhiguanginternational.top gear. If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days.

The Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you (or a nominated third party) receive the goods. For orders with multiple shipments, the period starts from the day you receive the last parcel.

How to Return Items
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to [email protected]. You can use the model withdrawal form below or simply email us your order details.

Please use the pre-paid return label included in your package or generate one from your account page. Returns sent without this label may incur unnecessary costs for you.

After Your Return is Received
Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached, we will process your refund within 30 days.

You will not be charged any fees for this refund. Please note, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Important Conditions
You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items (e.g., trying on is fine, but practicing yoga in the gear is not).

Please note that for hygiene reasons, this policy does not apply to sealed goods (like accessories) where the seal is broken after delivery.
